USDTO is funded completely by donations from both businesses and private contributors.
This means a U.S. citizen will never get stuck with the bill for our services on their taxes.
It also means a portion of our donations can go to funding political campaigns that support fair drug policies with the research chemical communities better interest presented.
Our mission is to not only provide free testing of research chemicals and drugs to U.S. citizens but also to put in place safer practices that will save lives.

At USDTO we are dedicated to public safety which is why we offer free testing of drugs and legal research chemicals.
After evaluating the current programs in place in the U.S. it became clear there were several drawbacks and deterrents for U.S. citizens wanting to test their research chemicals or drugs in a lab environment.
The major deterrents we found in our independent surveys was the cost of the test for the public, so we raised the funding in our program to eliminate the cost for the public.
The second drawback to having research chemicals tested in a U.S. lab is that the U.S. government requires all drug testing labs to register with the DEA and to share information found with their databases. This is why USDTO uses a lab outside of the U.S.
By eliminating both the cost of testing chemicals for the public and the information sharing this testing program fills a need for the
public no other U.S. charity, organization or program either public or private is providing.
