The deplorable situation in the U.S.
The United States faces a serious problem it's own government helped to create. In the U.S. exist an underground market of drugs and legal "grey area" research chemicals. Millions of dollars are being made by Spice vendors and vendors of other research chemicals and yet the government of the U.S. is doing nothing whatsoever to regulate the industry to insure what is being sold is the correct "legal" chemical it is being advertized as. As a result of the governments failure to regulate the industry chemicals are being distributed that are illicit and adulterated with toxins being sold as "legal highs" by the kilos causing many deaths.
The only actions the government has taken is banning compounds that caused deaths and illnesses and trying to prevent the importation of drugs and research chemicals. The manufacturers of reseach chemicals in foreign countries respond to these bannings by producing newer and often more dangerous unknown chemicals to skirt the existings laws.
We at USDTO want to help the situation by offering free testing on drugs and research chemicals to the public in an effort to help independent researchers identify their chemicals and to detect toxic adulterates often found in them.
